Do
your vibration testing requirements include the need for a lot of
stroke? If so, the Lansmont Model 6200 vibration test system may be the
perfect solution. The Model 6200 is extremely versatile, easy to
operate, and highly reliable. The Model 6200 vibration test platform
increases the amount of stroke from the standard 2.5" (6.35 cm) to 6.0"
(15.24 cm). This increased stroke allows a great deal of versatility
when performing low Frequency, high energy vibration test profiles which
are becoming more common, especially with the increase in field data
recording and Field-to-Lab techniques being used to create test
protocol. The Model 6200 vibration tester was designed to accommodate a
wide range of table sizes, from 36" (91.4 cm) square all the way up to
60" x 60" (152 cm) square. Its 6.0" (15.24 cm) stroke, 7,394 LB (33 kN)
stall Force actuator can handle payloads up to 2,000 Lbs. (907 Kg)
without the optional One-G supports, or 3,000 Lbs. (1,361 Kg) with the
One-G supports installed. The actuator employs Hydrostatic bearings
for extremely smooth frequency response and high reliability. When
configured with Lansmont’s High Performance SV-1 servo-valve and 36” (91
cm) Magnesium table, the 6200 is capable of flat sinusoidal vibration to
500 Hz. and meets many stringent industry requirements, such as the DELL
A04 specification. Lansmont's TouchTest Vibration Controls completely
integrate all of the test hardware, operating controls, data analysis
and reporting functions. The system can perform random vibration,
Field-to-Lab™ simulations and direct downloads from Lansmont's SAVER
field data recorder, resonance search and dwell, sine sweep and
repetitive bounce tests all under closed-loop computer control. All of
Lansmont's standard servo-hydraulic vibration test systems include the
following:
-
Single control system for all operational and
safety functions.
-
Reliable, self-contained hydraulic power supply.
-
Lansmont initiation and system level training.
-
Full range of applications training programs
available.
-
Comprehensive one-year warranty on all
components.
