Are
your payloads greater than can be handled by the 1800-5? Don't need the
large stroke and low-end performance offered by the 6000? The Lansmont
Model 7000 vibration test system is the next actuator in the standard
system line-up. The 7000 offers 2.5" (6.35 cm) of stroke, even greater
payload capacities than the 1800-5 or 6000, and can be custom configured
in many ways to address your particular vibration testing needs.
The Model 7000 vibration tester was designed to accommodate a wide
range of table sizes, from 36" (91.4 cm) square all the way up to 60" x
60" (152 cm) square. Its 2.5" (6.35 cm) stroke, 9,172 Lb. (41 kN) stall
Force actuator can handle payloads up to 2,200 Lbs. (998 Kg) without the
optional One-G supports, or 3,900 Lbs. (1,769 Kg) with the One-G
supports installed.
Lansmont's TouchTest Vibration Controls completely
integrate all of the test hardware, operating controls, data analysis
and reporting functions. The system can perform random vibration,
Field-to-Lab™ simulations and direct downloads from Lansmont's SAVER
field data recorder, resonance search and dwell, sine sweep and
repetitive bounce tests all under closed loop computerized control.
All of Lansmont's standard servo-hydraulic vibration test systems
include the following:
-
Single control system for all operational and
safety functions.
-
Reliable, self-contained hydraulic power supply.
-
Lansmont initiation and system level training.
-
Full range of applications training programs
available.
-
Comprehensive one-year warranty on all
components.
