Vibration Test System - Model 1000

Vibration Test System - Model 1000

Lansmont's Model 1000 vibration test system is the smallest member in the servo-hydraulic family of vibration test systems. The system performs sinusoidal vibration tests and allows replication of the random vibrations that occur when a product or package system is handled, moved or shipped. Such tests isolate failure modes quickly and eliminate the need for test shipments.

The Model 1000 vibration tester is designed to test small, light-weight individual products and/or packages. The vibration test system consists of a cast aluminum table, an actuator with 2.5" (6.4 cm) of piston stroke and a capacity of 75 lbs (34 kg).

The TouchTest Vibration Controls completely integrate the test hardware, operating controls, data analysis and reporting functions. The system can perform random vibration, Field-to-Lab® simulations, resonance search and dwell, sine sweep and repetitive bounce tests all under closed loop computerized control.
