Model 15D

The Model 15D Shock Test System is designed for analyzing the shock fragility of small, lightweight components and devices. The standard table, constructed from magnesium alloy, generates nearly ideal half sine shock pulses.

The Model 15D carriage mounting surfaces (top, front) are 6.0 x 6.0 in. (15.2 x 15.2 cm). Maximum test item weight is 40 lbs. (18.1 kg). Maximum acceleration capability is 2000g.

Model 23

The Model 23 Shock Test System is an extremely versatile testing machine. It can perform a wide variety of programmable shock tests. When outfitted with optional platens or impact forms, the Model 23 can also perform materials impact evaluation (cushion testing) or artificial turf testing.

The Model 23 table surface is 9.06 x 9.06 in. (23 x 23 cm). Maximum test item weight is 80 lbs. (36 kg). Maximum acceleration capability is 5000g.

The Model 23D Shock Test System is a high-performance version of the Model 23 Shock Test System. The multi-sided magnesium shock carriage generates nearly ideal half-sine shock pulses and allows for mounting test items in multiple orientations simultaneously.

The Model 23D carriage top mounting surface is 6.0 x 9.06 in. (15.2 x 23 cm) and the front mounting surface is 9.06 x 9.06 in. (23 x 23 cm). Maximum test item weight is 40 lbs. (18.1 kg). Maximum acceleration capability is 2000g.

The Model 65/81D Shock Test System is an enhanced version of the Model 65/81 Shock Test System featuring a special Low Impulse Kit for more precise low level shock performance and extended drop height for higher energy shock tests.

Model 95/115

The Model 95/115 Shock Test System offers a large payload capacity and table surface area which makes it extremely versatile for larger products. The Model 95/115 meets or exceeds many industrial, military, and corporate shock-testing standards and specifications.

The Model 95/115 table surface is 37.4 x 45.3 in. (95 x 115 cm). The standard model can test items weighing up to 1000 lbs. (454 kg). The optional heavyweight version increases the maximum payload to 2500 lbs. (1135 kg). Maximum acceleration capability is 600g.

The Model 95/115D Shock Test System is an enhanced version of the Model 95/115 Shock Test System. The unique floating seismic base design enables performing high quality short duration (2 msec) half sine shock tests.  A custom Low Impulse Kit provides more precise control for low level shock performance. The system has extended drop height for higher energy shock tests. The Model 95/115D is the ideal solution for testing larger products where pulse quality and system reliability are of critical importance.

Model 122

The Model 122 Shock Test System payload capacity and large table size make it a versatile platform for testing larger products or for testing multiple items simultaneously. The Model 122 is available in standard and heavyweight configurations to tailor the system to specific applications.

The Model 122 table surface is 48 x 48 in. (122 x 122 cm). The standard model can test items weighing up to 750 lbs. (340 kg). The optional heavyweight version increases the maximum payload to 2500 lbs. (1135 kg). Maximum acceleration capability is 600g.

The Model 152 Shock Test System payload capacity and large table size make it a versatile platform for testing larger products or for testing multiple items simultaneously. The cast aluminum table produces extremely repeatable shock pulses.

The Model 152 table surface is 60 x 60 in. (152 x 152 cm). Maximum test item weight is 2000 lbs. (907 kg). Maximum acceleration capability is 400g.
