TruMotion Measurement helps MSU School of Packaging Research

Michigan State University's College of Agriculture and Natural Resources recently published an article, featuring Dr. Laura Bix and Jiyon Lee, Ph.D. of the School of Packaging.

We were lucky enough to support their research with TruMotion and Field-to-Lab measurements. Their research assessed human interaction with medical packaging when placed within a realistic, high-stress environment.

  1. Measure the vibration dynamics associated with ambulance transport
  2. Develop vibration test profiles
  3. Install full ambulance mock-up on a man-rated vibration system
  4. Emergency Technicians open and use sterile medical packaging while placed in this high-stress environment (lights, noise, vibration)
